Lisa Frost

Born and bred in Devon; I grew up in Northam and have always loved living by the sea.

I studied Fine art at De Montfort University and I now live in Bideford with my family. I have always loved drawing and painting and have recently found my feet in my relief wooden paintings inspired by the natural world. It all began with a wooden highland cow that I created while on maternity leave for my son's bedroom and has now developed into a collection of animals and sea inspired creatures. Westward beach is a big inspiration for my wooden pebble and shell pieces. I also love illustration and have been experimenting with children's story book illustrations.
